Uninsured or Untraced Drivers
The driver who hit me was uninsured, can I claim compensation?
If the driver responsible for your injuries is uninsured you can still make a claim. The usual process for this is through an application to the Motor Insurer’s Bureau and is made possible by their Uninsured Drivers’ Agreement.
I was involved in a hit and run, what do I do?
If you were involved in a hit and run accident and have suffered a personal injury you are still able to make a claim for compensation. Our team of injury solicitors can assist you in this process. As with uninsured drivers this is done via an application to the Motor Insurer’s Bureau and is made in conjunction with their Untraced Drivers’ Agreement.
